Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal data we receive when you visit dailytours.net, book a trip or get in touch – what we use it for, who else sees it and how you can control it.
1. Who is responsible
Responsible for your data is Daily Tours, Alanya, Antalya, Turkey – e-mail info@dailytours.net, phone and WhatsApp +90 554 382 65 30. Bookings are processed for us by our central booking office, Tour Antalya (tourantalya.com), which applies the same principles.
2. What we receive
- When you book: your name and contact details (e-mail, phone or WhatsApp), where we should collect you, the tour, date and number of guests, and any notes you add.
- When you write to us: the content of your WhatsApp messages, e-mails or calls.
- When you browse: technical details such as IP address, browser, the pages you open and the time – kept for a short while in server logs to keep the site secure.
3. Why we use it
We use these details to answer your questions, to arrange and run your tour – including the pickup – to send your confirmation and e-ticket, and to keep the records the law requires. The legal grounds are carrying out the contract and the steps leading to it, meeting legal duties and our legitimate interest in running the website securely (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), (c), (f); KVKK Art. 5). Any consent we ask for – for analytics, for instance – you are free to withdraw whenever you wish.
4. Who sees your data
Booking details are passed to Tour Antalya, which confirms your booking, issues the e-ticket and organises the tour. For the day itself, the details needed go to the people who run it – drivers, guides, boat crews and partner companies. Our hosting and e-mail providers process data on our behalf, and anything you send us on WhatsApp passes through Meta Platforms, the operator of that service. We do not sell personal data.
5. Data outside Turkey
Some providers – for e-mail or messaging, for example – may store data outside Turkey or the EU. For such transfers we use the safeguards the law makes available: standard contractual clauses or, where required, your explicit consent.
6. How long we keep it
Booking data is kept for as long as your tour and any follow-up questions or claims require, and for the periods set by Turkish commercial and tax legislation. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted once they have served their purpose.
7. Cookies
The site only uses the cookies and local storage it needs to work – they keep track of things like your chosen language and whether you accepted cookies. Analytics runs only when it has been enabled and you have accepted it in the cookie banner, a choice you can revisit whenever you like.
8. Your rights
The GDPR (Art. 15–21) and the KVKK (Art. 11) let you ask whether we process your data, see it, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format and find out who it has been shared with. Just write to info@dailytours.net. You may also complain to Turkey’s data protection authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) or to the supervisory authority in your EU country.

We adjust this policy when our services or the law change; the version on this page is always the current one.
