Terms and Conditions
Whenever you book a tour, a transfer or a private service with us – on dailytours.net, via WhatsApp, over the phone or by e-mail – these terms apply.
1. Who you book with
Daily Tours presents and sells the tours on this website. Bookings are processed by our central booking office, Tour Antalya, which confirms them, issues the e-tickets and coordinates the operators. The tours are sold under the licence of a registered travel agency (TÜRSAB no. 14799, Siwix Travel Agency).
2. Your booking
Sending the booking form – or a booking message – is a request. It becomes binding once we confirm it by e-mail, WhatsApp or phone, stating the date and pickup time. Look through the confirmation when it arrives and let us know at once if a detail is wrong.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros and per person unless the tour page says otherwise – per vehicle, per quad or per group, for example. Child prices apply to the ages given on the tour page, and proof of a child’s age may be requested. What each price includes is listed on the tour page.
4. Payment and deposits
Unless something else has been agreed, you pay in cash on the tour day – in euros, Turkish lira, US dollars or British pounds. Private boat hire and the dolphin swim are secured with a €100 deposit, which is deducted from the total price.
5. Cancelling or changing
You can cancel without charge until 18 hours before the tour starts; later cancellations and no-shows cost 50% of the tour price. Deposits, changes and weather cancellations are explained in our cancellation policy.
6. Changes to the programme
Programme times are a guide, and the sequence of stops can shift with traffic, weather, the state of the sea or instructions from the authorities. If a tour cannot go ahead safely, we offer another date or cancel free of charge.
7. Taking part safely
Please be at your pickup point on time and listen to your guide, driver and crew. Tell us before booking about pregnancy, health problems or limited mobility that could affect your participation. Some activities – rafting, quad and buggy safaris, paragliding, diving – have minimum ages, height limits or health requirements that must be respected. For everyone’s safety, guests who have been drinking or have taken drugs cannot join activities, and no refund is given.
8. Liability
We plan every tour carefully and choose our partners with care. Each activity is run by a specialist operator – a boat company, an activity centre or a park – which applies its own safety rules. Sports and adventure activities are undertaken at your own risk, so travel and health insurance is a good idea. Please keep an eye on your belongings and valuables.
9. Photos, complaints and applicable law
On some tours, photographers sell pictures and videos; whether you buy any is your decision alone. If something is not as it should be, speak to your guide or message us while the tour is still running, so we can sort it out there and then. These terms are governed by Turkish law; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
