Avsallar Boat Day: Calm Bays, Lunch & Foam Party

Most boat trips in Alanya leave from the city harbour, which means an early start and a long bus ride if your hotel is out west. This one sets sail from the shore near Avsallar instead. Guests in Turkler, Okurcalar, Incekum and Konakli are on board after a short drive, and the time saved on the road goes into swimming, sunbathing and lazing on deck.

Pine coast and quiet bays

From Avsallar the boat follows a stretch of coast where the pine forest runs right down to the rocks. Two or three times a day the anchor drops in a sheltered bay with water clear enough to count the pebbles on the bottom. In between, a DJ keeps the main deck lively, the animators run games for kids and grown-ups, and crew members take turns leaping and diving from the highest point of the boat. Around midday everyone sits down to a hot meal – chicken from the grill with rice and fresh salad – and soft drinks keep coming all day at no extra cost. The afternoon belongs to the foam party.

For families – and for a quiet hour

Children are this trip’s biggest fans, and the pricing helps: ages 3 to 11 travel at the child rate and under-threes ride free. Not everyone is in a party mood, so the upper deck stays music-free for sunbathing and reading. Freshwater showers, toilets and cabins to change in are all on board. The captain chooses the swim bays on the day, depending on the wind and how busy the water is, and anyone prone to seasickness should take a tablet before leaving the hotel.

Getting there

Our minibus collects you between 07:00 and 09:00 – hotels nearest Avsallar get the later slots, and your exact time comes with the booking confirmation. Pickup is free from any hotel in the Alanya region, and you are back between 15:00 and 16:00. There is nothing to pay in advance: settle up in cash on the day.
