The Land of Legends Day Trip – Belek’s Water and Theme Park

Towers that look as if they come from a storybook, slides that twist down from dizzying platforms, and an artificial sea where the waves roll in up to two metres high: The Land of Legends in Belek is the park children beg to visit once they have seen the pictures. We take care of the logistics – transfer, ticket and a guide who shows you around on arrival – so you can spend the day simply enjoying it.

What the day ticket covers

Almost everything inside is included. The water park has slides for every age and nerve, wave pools, the Wild River rafting ride, lazy rivers to drift along and infinity pools with glass walls. Away from the water you can watch the dolphin and sea lion shows, try the 5D cinema and stroll down the shopping avenue with its Ottoman-style façades. Food and drinks are sold throughout the park but are not part of the price, and swimming with the dolphins costs extra.

For little ones

Younger children have their own splash zone, Aqua Play, where everything is scaled to their size, and many attractions are designed with families in mind. Some rides have minimum heights, shown at the entrance to each one, so it is worth checking before you queue.

Staying for the night show

After dark the castle becomes the backdrop for a spectacle of light, fountains and fireworks. You can add it to your booking for €30 per person; because the show runs in the evening, the return to your hotel is later – ask us about the timing when you book.

Timings and transfer

We collect you at around 09:00, and the drive to Belek takes about 80 minutes from Alanya – less from Side and Manavgat. After a short briefing on the park and the meeting point, you have free time from about 11:15 until 16:30; the bus leaves at 17:00 and you are back at about 18:30. The transfer is free from every resort between Kızılot and Mahmutlar, Alanya included. Adults pay €90 and children €75. Want something smaller or calmer? The water park near Alanya is closer to home, and the aquarium in Antalya is perfect for a hot or rainy day.
